the speaker at an agriculture
appreciation breakfast to be field
on Friday, November 19 as an
activity celebrating National
Farm-City Week.
The breakfast will be held at 9
a.m. at Wilhelm Catering, Ltd.
(formerly Friendly Farms), 1011
Baltimore Blvd (Rt. 140), West
minster, Md. It is sponsored by the
Carroll County Agribusiness Club
and is supported by the extension
service, Carroll County Farm
Bureau, the Chamber of Commer
ce, and the businesses of Carroll
County.
Catlett is a consultant and
adviser to the United States
Department of Agriculture,
Department of the Interior, and the
United States Army. With a docto
rate in economics from lowa State
