tee. The first award winner. Insur
ance Agent Bernard Morrissey, is
an active supporter of dairy prom
otion on both the local and state
levels. In 1991, Eugene Schur
man, an extension agent from
Indiana County, was recognized
for his service to local promotion
efforts.
Pennsylvania Dairy originated
the award to acknowledge the
promotion efforts of volunteers
and others who are involved in

held on Feb. 7, at the Nittany Lion
