will be required to comply with the provisions of the
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15,
1961, as the same may be amended, if applicable.
Contract Documents for the above contracts may
be seen or obtained only at the office of the Chester
Water Authority, Fifth & Welsh Streets, Chester, Pen
nsylvania 19016. Contract Documents may not be
obtained from any other source.
The Proposal for these contracts must be submit
ted and signed on the form provided in each set of
Contract Documents.
The Contract Documents with Proposal must be
submitted In a sealed envelope bearing on the out
side the bidder's name and address, and shall be
clearly marked stating the contract number and the
title of the contract. If forwarded by mail, the sealed
envelope containing the Proposal and marked as
designated above must be enclosed in another enve
lope addressed to the Chester Water Authority, P.O.
Box 467, Fifth & Welsh Streets, Chester, Pennsylva
