is to be Orion Samuelson, an inter
nationally recognized agriculture
broadcast journalist, whose syndi
cated radio program. “National
Farm Report,” has been aired daily
for more than 30 years and is now
carried by 350 stations, according
to a news release.
In addition to the daily radio
programming, Samuelson pro
duces a weekly half-hour televi
sion show called. “U.S. Farm
Report,” which is included in the
programming offerings of 160
independent stations and 7,000
cable systems.
His past talks have dealt with
farming and rural life in this coun
try through his observations on
family values, observations on
human behavior, and his opinions
