NORTHEAST BROILER/FRYER
PARTS - PART I FEDERAL-STATE:
Trucklot buying interest was limited ai
moat buyers wait for the markets to deve
lop. Supplies of boneless skinless breasts
from nearby production were adequate for
the light demand, production from farther
away was readily available, offered at low
er prices, and not clearing. The undertone
was quite unsettled. Line run breasts were
at least adequate but moat buyers limited
receipts to standing commitments. Trading
was at current prices. Thighs were quite
irregular but in good shape overall. Whole
legs and wings were well cleared at steady
prices. Leg quarters were fully adequate
and buyers were cautious.
