Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
was moderate to good for immediate
deliveries, not fully developed for later.
Seller offering! were adequate and in best
balance on under 3 pound sizes. Live sup
plies were generally moderate. Weights
were desirable to heavy. Processing sche
dules were very heavy. Less than tmcklot
asking prices were unchanged at 58 to 69
cents. Trade sentiment was steady to fully
steady. In the parts complex bone-in
breasts were in short supply. Boneless
skinless breasts and wings were tight. Legs
and particularly leg quarters were available
and slow to clear. Drums and thighs were
irregular.
