Centre County Holds Junior, Colored Breeds Show
CENTRE HALL (Centre
Co.) The Centre County Junior
Dairy Show and open coined
breed show were held recently at
the Centre Hall Grange Fair
grounds in Centre Hall.
Type and showmanship judges
for the shows were Jed and Sue
Beshore, of New Cumberland.
In the Jersey breed, the senior
and grand champion was an aged
cow. Four Springs Beacon Becky,
shown by J. Craig and Susan
Wicker.
The reserve grand champion
Jersey was a junior 2-year-old
shown by Jennifer Kellerman.
The junior champion was a
senior yearling, Edn-Ru J. Imper-
iy Jry „ .
Homan, dairy princess, stands by, while Geoffry Fredd
holds the halter of his reserve grand champion, and Jed
Beshore, judge, and Chrystin Rossman, dairy maid, look

mals were shown in the youth
show. The senior and grand
champion was a senior 2-ycar-old,
Sunnylodge Para, shown by
Rachel Tanis. Tanis also showed
the reserve junior champion.
The reserve grand champion
Holstein was an aged cow shown
by Geofiry Fredds. The junior
champion was shown by Mark
Hough.
