Suffolk Is Champion Ewe,
Border Leicester Champion Ram

YORK (York Co.)—The
champions of 13 breeds of sheep
came together Monday night to
have Judge William MacCauley,
Atglen, pick the supreme champ
ions of the show. The supreme
champion ewe honors went to the
Suffolk shown by Troy Ness, J-T
Ranch, Da lias town.
And the grand champion ram
was the Border Leicester shown by
Randy Irwin, Ttipple L Farm,
Freeland. Maryland.
Ness also had the champion ram
in the Suffolk division, and Irwin
also had the champion ewe in the
Border Leicester division'.
Other champions include: Che
viot, John Eaton, both ram and
ewe.
Corriedale, Joyce Bankeit, both
ram and ewe.
Dorset, Mike Koehler, both ram
and ewe.
Hampshire, Marlin Klinedinst,
both ram and ewe.
Oxford, Jason Bixler, both ram
and ewe.
Rambouillet, Meghan Hayes,
both ram and ewe.
Shropshire, Wcy Farms, both
ram and ewe.
Southdown, Amanda Miller,
ram; and Drew Bankerf. ewe.
Columbia, Glen-Gerr Farm,
ram; and Julie Walker, ewe.
