Farm Manager for their north jvest Ohio
operation. Duties include supervision of
a team of 12 people, communication of
ongoing operations to all levels of the
company, and hands on operations
necessary to: maintain the best possible
environment for turkeys, produce,
gather, pack and ship quality hatching
eggs, maintain facilities, and to prepare
the facilities for a new flock every 30
weeks.
Requirements are: good communication
skills, ability to lead and participate in a
teamwork atmosphere, and a minimum
of 2 years livestock experience and 2
years supervisory experience. Salary
commensurate with demonstrated
abilities and educational background.
