Line Restaurant in Richfield. Sale consisting of a 77 acre farm,

77 acres +/- of land with an estimated 45 acres of tillable prime
farm land with the remainder being woodland located in West Perry
Township, Snyder County, whereon is erected a 2 story log and
frame house with a total of 12 rooms (6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2
baths, etc.)- The house was used as a double family dwelling at one
time. There is an open front and side porch. There is also a 4 car
unattached garage. The house is heated with an oil hot water fur
nace and water is supplied from a never failing spring. If you are
