Eighth Streets. The contest fea
tures seven competitors making
their own homemade ice cream re
cipes.
Recipes for the contest include

Judging will be based upon
taste and visual appeal, effective
use of dairy products, recipe ori
ginality and creativity, and ease of
preparation. Recipe brochures will
be available for Ag Progress
Days’ visitors to take home and
try. Some ice cream samples will
be available for the public, de
pending upon actual recipe quanti
ties.
This event is just one activity
sponsored by Pennsylvania’s
Dairy Promotion Partners at Ag
Progress Days. The Partners will
also have a booth complete with
promotion information, a rcgister
to-win contest, and an antique
dairy equipment display. An ice
cream booth will also be located
