Ada Kneasel, pres ident of group 12, waSiin charge of devotions and Crystal Moyer, sec ond vice president, led the pledge to the flag. County president Fem Hitz slated that there will be sever al Lebanon County Farm Women cookbooks included in the auction at the Lebanon Area Fair on Thursday, July 29. During the meeting scholarships were awarded to Kraig Sellers and Christine Habecker. Kraig Sellers is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Sellers of Route 4, Lebanon where they live on a dairy farm. He is a 1993 graduate of Annville-Cleona High School. High school activities included basketball, Honor Society, and FFA where he served as treasurer and president. Kraig has also served as president and vice presi dent of the No So Ann 4-H Dairy Club, and is a member of the South Mountain Slow Pitch Soft ball team. Presently Kraig is serv ing as assistant secretary of the Fontana Union Sunday School. This year he received “Weastem Region Star Farmer,” one of the top four awards in agriculture pro duction in Pennsylvania. In the fall Kraig plans to attend Penn State Berks campus where he will major in Dairy and Animal Science. She is a 1993 graduate of Palmyra Area High School. In school she was a member of SADD, Youth Alive, and Peer Counselors in which she served as the secretary. In church, Christine serves as a part-time Sunday School teacher, is a member of the youth group and Youth Council. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, swimming, roller skat ing, playing volleyball, and spend ing time with friends. In the fall Christine plans to attend Penn State Berks Campus where she will be in the College of Agricul ture majoring in Food Science.
