FLOOD WATERS COVERING THOUSANDS OP ACRES OF PRIME BOTTOM LAND ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ITS TRIBU TARIES AND BACKING UP INTO SMALLER RIVERS AND STREAMS TAKING A LOT OF LAND OUT OF PRODUCTION.
