The 115th PennAg Convention will be held on the beachfront at the Princess Royale in Ocean City, Md.. on Sunday, September 12 through Tuesday, September 14. On Monday, following break fast, the keynote speaker will be Dr. Alan Keyes, former assistant secretary of state for International Organization Affairs. Also speaking will be Edward McMillan, president and chief executive officer of Purina Mills, Inc.; Dr. Nancy Bauer, president of Bauer Associates, Inc. and pro fessor at the University of Pen nsylvania; and Dr. Matthew H.
