Wednesday, June 9,1993
Somewhat irregular but better than
expected for mid-week. Supplies of bone
less skinless breasts with tenders were
adequate. Product available for immediate
shipments were held with increased confi
dence. Buyer inquiries for late month retail
needs went unfilled. Heavier breast cutlets
without tenders were available and slow to
clear. Line run breasts were in close
balance with current needs with only a few
offers reported this morning. Yellow skin
leg quarters were fully adequate and trad
ing was at lower prices. Wings continued
short of trade needs and buyers paid higher
prices.
