Christine Martin, daughter of Ron and Mary Ann Martin of Mill Hall was crowned Clinton County Dairy Princess on May 22 by Ivy Seyferthe 1992-93 Dairy Princess. Martin, a member of the junior class of the Bald Eagle Nittany High School, plans to pursue a career in elementary education. School and community activities include being in the National Hon or Society, School Year Book. School SADD chapter, and a member of the varsity basketball team. Martin is the secretary of her youth group at church. Martin is also a ventriloquist. At the pageant, held at the Nittany Grange in Lamar, Martin per formed a ventriloquist act with a cow puppet as her partner. Martin will be assisted by Alter nate Brenda Seyler, daughter of Gerald and Amy Seyler of Jersey Shore. Seyler is a sophomore member of the Jersey Shore Senior High School were she is active in FBLA and Student Council. Miss Seyler is also a member of the Rauchtown Mixers 4-H Club and has served as youth page for Far mers Union State and National Conventions. Angela Beck, daughter of Ron and Bonnie Beck of Mill Hall, will serve for her third year as Dairy Maid. Miss Beck is a student at Bald Eagle Nittany High School, a member of the Windy Acres 4-H Club, president of the County 4-H Teen Club, and is in the school chorus. She shows animals at both the Clinton County Fair and Farm Show. She especially noted the dif ference that one year of being a dairy princess has made in her life and values the many experiences she has had. All girls received flowers and gifts from the dairy promotion committee and numerous busines ses throughout the area.
