was good for fill-in needs. Seller offerings
wen adequate, and all but 3.5 pound and
heavier weights were faiily easy to place.
Live supplies wen moderate; weights wen
in a full range, but deainble overall. Pro
cessing schedules wen heavy. Lett than
trucklot asking prices wen unchanged at
52 to 63 cents. Trade sentiment was fully
steady. Seme plants reported mixed and
irregular orders from the New York metro
politan area where a major strike at the
retail level was tentatively settled. In the
part complex, leg items and wings were in
fairly good balance. Breast items were
available.
