Contestants Vie For Berks County Dairy Princess Title LEESPORT (Berks Co.) The Berks County Dairy Princess pageant is scheduled for May IS, at the Berks County Agricultural Center. This year’s pageant prom ises to be a trio of excitement and entertainment. There are three contestants in the dairy princess contest as well as in the Little Miss Contest The trio of contestants include Karen Davis. Jennifer Crimes, and Lynne Koinski. one of these girls will be crowned Dairy Princess by Sandy Cross, the current Berks County Dairy Princess and State Alternate. Karen Davis is the daughter of Arlan and Deborah Davis of Bcm ville. She is a senior at Tulpchocken High School, where she is active as a basketball cheer leader, National Honor Society membbr, and FFA Judging team. She was selected as the Tulpe hocken Young woman of the Year for 1993. Her interests include 4-H, Zion Blue Ml Church, as well as many varied hobbies. Lynne Koinski is the daughter of John and Dorothy Koinski of- Mohrsville. She is a sophomore at Schuykilt Valley High School, where she is a member of the var sity soccer team, diving team, and panthers on parade. She enjoys 4-H, belonging to a dairy club as well as a sewing club. She has served as a dairy ambassador for the past two yean. Katie Hartman, the Berks County Little Miss, will crown her successor from the -following girls, Kristen Moyer, Megan Phil lips, and Justine Stoltzfus. Kristen Moyer is the daughter of Martin and Melissa Moyer of Womelsdorf. Kristen likes to play with her dolls and help with the calves. Megan Phillips is the daughter of Jim and Brenda Phil lips of Bemville. Megan enjoys riding her bike around the farm and helping with chores.
