Tracklot buying interest was quite irregu
lar. Supplies of smaller boneless skinless
breasts from yellow skin product were
adequate for current needs, bigger cutlets
from white skin product were fully adequ
ate, offered at competitive prices and slow
to dear.
Line run breaWwere fully adequate for the
very cautious buying interest. Shipper ask
ing prices and trading was repotted at low
er trending prices. Daifc meat items from
nearby production areas cleared well to a
fairly good demand. Wings were ample
and most buyers wait for further market
developments.

weak on yolks. Trading was about mod
erate but most buyers attempted to limit
purchases to immediate needs. Raw mater

Movement of teady-to-cook whole birds
ranged moderate to good. Seller offerings
were light and easy to dear on 3 pound and
smaller sizes. Heavier weights were at least
adequate. Live supplies were moderate;
weights desirable to heavy. Processing
schedules were very heavy. Less than
trucklot asking prices were unchanged at
57 to 65.50 cents. Trade sentiment was ful
ly steady to higher. In the part complex, leg
items, particularly leg quarters were in
good demand. Breast items moved well at
some plants, but were available and slow to
clear at others. Wings were in heavy Sbpp
ly at most plants.
