food industries. A new informa
tion kit, published by DowElanco.
is designed to tell the story about
the diligent steps taken by the pes
ticide industry and the govern
ment to provide Americans with a
safe and abundant supply of food
‘“The Truth About Pesticides
and Food’ is meant to clear up the
misconceptions and misinforma
tion that has been put forward
about food safety.” said Stephen
G. Gehrls. issues manager for crop
production at DowElanco. “We
believe this kit will be a useful
tool in providing facts and infor
mation in the ongoing food safety
debate.”

understanding and appreciation of
