gious Chow Honor Council.
Representing Hess Mills, Jack

dy Spotts attended the Council
meeting in Vancouver, Canada on
March 25 through 28. This was
the 34th annual meeting of dealers
from across the United States who
earned the honor based on sales
growth during the previous year.
Special honors were given to
Hess Mills for exceptional
growth; Jack received the honors
of vice president of the American
region. Hess Mills achieved the
highest growth in the region,
which takes in the eastern portion
of United States.

chev, former leader of the Soviet
Union, who happened to be stay
ing at the Pan Pacific Hotel in
Vancouver where the Purina Hon
or Council was meeting. In a
friendly meeting in the lobby, Pur
ina President Ed McMillan pre
sented Mr. Gorbachev with a red
and white checkerboard shirt.
