Feeder cattle conditions considerably less
attractive to buyen than last week. Feeder
cattle in average to fleshy wheat condition.
Feeder cattle in average to full weigh con
dition. Stocker condition very attractive
with most in slightly thin to very thin flesh.
Stocker weigh-ups gaunt to full. Slaughter
cows steady to $l.OO higher with good
demand. Slaughter bulls steady under
moderate demand. Receipts this week
8,900; last week 7,805; last year 7,149.
Supply consisted of 86% feeders and
stockers over 600 lbs.; 8% calves and light
yearlings under 600 lbs.; 6% cows and
bulls. Bulk price ranges follow with
