Genetic quality average, few attractive
lets. Fleih increasing on feeden and this a
minor detriment to price per cwt from last
week; feeden in average to moderately
fleshy condition. Stocker flesh more attrac
tive, avenge to vety thin. Weigh-upi com
parable to last week mostly average to
moderately full, with exception of stocken
gaunt to average. Wheat pastures looking
vety good these past few weeks. Bulk sales
slaughter cows and bulls steady with few
closing sales on Wednesday $.50-$ 1.50
higher. Demand good for slaughter cows
and bulls. Receipts this week 6,925; last
week 9,933; last year 13,077. Supply con
sisted of 79% feeden over 600 lbs.; 19%
calves and light yearlings under 600 lbs.;
2% cows and bulls. Bulk price ranges fol
low with weighted averages in parenthesis.
