Has Scholarship

award of 53,000 to be
given to a deserving col
lege dairy graduate pur
suing business admi
nistration studies for a
master’s degree.
The scholarship was
begun in 1984 in the
name of the former
executive secretary of
the Holstein
Association.
Those who wish to
contribute to the scho
larship fund, can send
checks directly to Steve
Kerr, current executive
secretary of the
association.
Eligibility
Eligibility require
ments include being
under 30 years old, hav
ing an academic ranking
in the upper third of gra
duates granted bachelor
degrees, and have letters
of recommendation
from the dean of agri
cultural studies at the
university being
attended.
Along with the appli
cation form, those wish
ing to be considered
must send a copy of
their grade transcripts, a
photo of themself, the
letter(s) of recommen
dation, and mail the
application package to
