percent of the county
nonrecourse loan rate.
For all recourse
farm-stored loans:
• The entire mea
sured quantity will be
eligible for a loan.
• If the com is
stored in a structure
that cannot be mea
sured, inspected, or
sampled, the loan
quantity shall be lim
ited to 75 percent of
the quantity certified
by the producer.
• The program
docs not apply to any
other variations of
com, such as silage.
For warehouse-stored
com, 100 percent of
the receipted quantity
is eligible for recourse
loans. Producers
should contact their
county Agricultural
Stabilization and
Conservation Service
office for more
information.
