In the program, “Straight Talk About Your Conservation Plan,” Richards tack-" les issues like flexibility, changing plans, working with local SCS conservationists, and understanding the appeal system with the directness that has marked his tenure as SCS chief. The growers in the tape represent four majpr row-cropping areas and a variety of commqdities.
