AGCO Coiporation (NASDAQ-AGCO) and Massey Ferguson announced the signing of agreements which will appoint AGCO as the exclu sive distributor of farm equipment 'n North America for Massey Fer guson, a unit of Varity Corpora tion (NYSE-VAT). At the same time, AGCO and Varity announced that they had also formed a joint venture to acquire substantially all the net assets of Agricredit Acceptance Corporation, a diversified North American equipment finance company now owned by Varity.
