The contest finals were held December I at the Capitol Grange Hall in Dover. First place winner in the junior division was Christy Vanderwen de of Bridgeville, with “Gone Sour,” a talk supporting milk and the dairy industry. Christy, 13, attends Woodbridge Junior/Senior High School and is a four-year member of the Dublin Hill Yellow Jackets 4-H club. Stan Bradley, Laurel, placed first in the senior division.
