The 2500 features a rigid, balanced, double-toolbar frame
that places the strength and weight of the planter where it
belongs for superior handling and smooth, balanced
folding. Available in 6 Row Narrow and 8 Row Narrow
sizes.
■ From field to the road in seconds! And a transport width
of just 11' 2"! (12'6" with interplant and no-till coulters.)
Hydraulics control the lift and center-pivot of the
planter frame. Four 7.50" x 20" tires provide maximum
stability in transport and carry the planter in the field.
■ The double-toolbar design? Clean. Uncluttered. And yet,
able to handle all the options. Liquid or dry fertilizer, with
single or double disc openers... or, KINZE's patented
interplant push units for 15" narrow rows. Plus, the residue
management attachments that make it extremely versatile
in everything from conventional to no-till fields.
■ Spring-loaded contact drive provides smooth engage/
disengage of the drive. Minimizes slippage Eliminates
mechanical clutches. All chains are mounted above the
toolbar to avoid damage from rocks, trash or mud.
■ Easy-access end-mounted transmissions and precision
cut, plated sprockets make changing rates a breeze at
increments of 3% or less no tools required l
