Trucklot buying interest was very good
but an underlying caution started to show.
Supplies of boneless skinless breasts
were tight and tome buyer inquiries went
unfilled. Prices trended higher. Line run
breasts were very tight and immediate
needs were not covered causing some
deboners to reduce operations. Legs,
thighs, and drumsticks were in good
balance and cleared well. Leg quarters con
tinued short of current needs. Wings traded
at higher prices.
