from noon to 3 p.m. and must be
done on the premises. Chili will
then be judged on its flavor, tex
ture, consistency, aroma, color,
and how well the spices have
blended and permeated the meat.
(No fillers, i.e. beans, rice, flour,
etc., may be added until after the
chili recipe has been judged.)
Entry fee for the Individual
Division is $lO. Entry fee for busi
ness, health services, fire station,
and media divisions is a $lOO
