Now, at 23 years of age, Amy Nyman wears the dairy princess crown for the same county. From her perspective, the past seven years have enabled her to gain much more knowledge about the dairy industry. In return, she believes that she is a better spokes person for the dairy industry. Much of this knowledge was gained from her work experience as a Dairy Herd Improvement Association (DHIA) secretary at State College.
