Pricei were unchanged. The market tone
wai generally steady with caution. In New
England, the undertone continued fully
steady. Demand was light to moderate,
occasionally better where featured. Sup
plies of large and mediums were adequate
to instances ample, and the balance were
generally adequate. Brown eggs were short
to adequate, and buyers sought eggs in all
areas. Breakers provided a light to mod
erate demand for surplus shell egg offer
ings, and prices were unchanged. Live hen
markets were usually steady.
