Devotions were given by Celes te Man beck of Group #5. The County president, Joan Loeb, welcomed 21 new residents at Berks Heim with a small gift. The Berks Heim Festival will be held on Saturday, September 12 from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The Farm Women Group’s will be in charge of making hamburgers. The Fann Women gave 347 pounds of food to the Greater Reading Food Bank. Doris Brown, chairman for the Scenic River Days for Farm Women reported on ideas and suggestions to be presented at our booth. Lillian Bucks, chairman of the Berics County Farm Women Con vention, reported that the Conven tion will be held on October 3, at Haag’s Hotel in Shartlesville. Group #9 will be in charge of devotions at the June meeting. Group #2 will celebrate their 40th anniversary on June 23rd at the Bethel Community Center.
