Several individuals were hon
ored for their efforts by the Adams
County extension at recent
banquets.
The outstanding 4-H beef mem
ber is Robert Martin, Ontanna,
presented at the 4-H beef buyers
appreciation banquet. Also at the
banquet, Adams County 4-H Beef
Club graduates were recognized.
They are Seth Small, New Oxford
and Kevin Grim, Thomasville.
Seth and Kevin completed their
last year in the 4-H Beef Club
because of their ages.
At the extension banquet in
York Springs, Carol and Helen
Rex of Biglerville were presented
with the Extension Leadership
Award at the annual meeting of the
extension.
Paul R. and Mary Waybright,
Gettysburg, were honored as the
county’s master farmers at the
Master Farmer luncheon recently
at Camp Hill.
At the extension banquet, the
Adams County Extension Associ
ation elected the following to the
