    Do you ever feel that your life is
a jumble of things that need to be
done and so you do them? I’ve just
been looking- at the February
calendar. It is so full of things to
do and the time of day to do them
that it is almost not readable.
This last week’s actitivies:

did not enjoy seeing those tiny
immature babies.
Wednesday Watered ail of
my houseplants as I do twice a
week. Studied the lesson for Bible
Study that was held in the after
noon. Drove to Lancaster for a
special bulb for my projector and
got groceries on the way home.
Thursday Took the car to the
garage as the computer causes a
light to go on on the dashboard

held their annual meeting in Lan
caster in the evening and we
attended.
Friday Met with a landscap
er that we’ve being trying to sec
for months. I told him that I didn’t
think he wanted the job of plan
ning our lawn as it has taken him
so very long. Went to the dentist
and baked several pies.
Saturday Cleaned the house
*and went to a travelogue at Lititz
in the afternoon after setting the
table for company that evening.
Made a big turkey meal and
showed slides.
Sunday Wc went to early
church, read the Sunday newspap
er and had supper at a friend’s
house. And, these are just the

The Conodoguinet 4-H Sheep
Club met January 22 at 7:30 p.m.
at the extension office in Carlisle.
Officers for the new year
include president, Michael Cor
man; vice president, Diane Myers;
secretary, Amy Jones; assistant
secretary, Michelle Corman;
social chairmen. Bill Lieb and
John Creek; news reporter, Meri
Witten and county council rep
resentatives, Sandy Anderson and
Eric Berkheimer; and alternate,
Zachery Reed.
This was the second year in a
row the sheep club was “4-H Club
of the Year.”
The annual banquet will be held
on March 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Citi
zens Fire Hall, Mechanicsburg.
A 4-H Veterinary Science Pro
ject Club will start on Thursday,
February 27, from 7 p.m. to 8:30
p.m. The 4-H club will meet at the
Adams County Extension Office,
located two miles west of Gettys
burg on Rl 30 across from Doer
som Airport.
Any youth U to 18 years old is
eligible to join the 4-H Veterinary
Science Club. The project club
will meet for eight consecutive

Topics presented will include
attitude and behavior; skin, mem
branes and intestinal discharges;
body temperature, pulse, and
respiration; cleaning and disinfec
tion; cells of the animal body; the
