Trudclot buying interest was light and
nnaggressive. Offerings of boneless skin
less bieasts were light to moderate and in
fairly good balance; extra supplies were
generally limited to lets than tnicklot vol
umes. Whole breasts were adequate to
occasionally fully adequate with yellow
supplies in the closer balance. Leg items
were adequate to fully adequate with sev
eral dealers noting increased availability of
leg quarters this morning, and a generally
heavy supply of white. Wings continued
ample and slow to dear.

NATIONAL EGG MARKET - AT A
GLANCE: Prices were unchanged. The
market tone was steady to firm in the
South, and steady elsewhere. Retail spe
cials continued to provide the best demand,
and overall movement ranged light to fair
ly good, mostly moderate. Supplies were
short to adequate in the South, and adequ
ate in all other regions. Southern breakers
continued to seek breaking stock with a
willingness to pay premium prices, while
the rest of the breakers usually met needs
with regularly committed shell eggs. Live
hen demand continued to improve in the
South and East at offerings decreased, and
the Midwest undertone was steady.
