Muncy-Chief XA7766
Muncy-Chief XA7766 110 days to ripe com. This hybrid is somewhat
related to Muncy-Chief XA7790. It is superior to many hybrids of 110-
115 day maturity, has excellent standability, high yield and good eye
appeal. For a good crop plant XA7766 and XA7790.
Muncy-Chief XA4492
Muncy-Chief XA4492 has an excellent yield record and has good eye
appeal. It has been made with some of the best lines that make up SX39O
and XAS6O and is sure to be a winner on farms that like a little earlier
hybrid on their farm for early harvest.
Muncy-Chief 5X3602 a new hybrid in the 300 class and can be expected
to make excellent yield in the 85-90 day grain maturity, it has good
standing qualities and disease resistance.
Muncy-Chief 5X2220 is an improved SX22O, however a little later,
yellow seed instead of orange, has good yielding ability and good stand
ability. All early hybrids should be harvested when ripe to get best
yields. 85-90 days for ripe com. Better for silage than SX22O with more
yield and lots of grain.
Muncy-Chief SXIOIO
Muncy-Chief SXIOIO a real early single cross hybrid in 80-83 day grain
maturity. Should be higher yielding of 10 to IS bushel more per acre. A
good replacement for Muncy-Chief H2OBE a favorite in the north. Stands
well, disease resistance and above all early.
