Supplies of boneless skinless breasts
were irregularly distributed with some sell
ers offering product while some buyers
were looking for production. Trading was
at steady prices but the undertone ranged
steady to fully steady. Yellow skin line run
breasts were available, extra product was
harder to clear today than early week and
buyers limited their interest to commit
ments only. Legs and leg quarters were
adequate at unchanged prices. Wings were
available with most buyers and sellers
waiting for holiday needs to develop. The
undertone for wings was barely steady.

Frozen Eggs
Dec. 17, 1991
The market tone was generally steady,
although the underlying sentiment became
increasingly cautious. Buying activity was
spotty with several processors and end
users preparing for abbreviated holiday
schedules. Raw materials were adequate
with breakers often willing to sell eggs
into grading channels. Floor stocks were
in good balance to satisfy current trade
inquiry.
