Marketing Board will conduct a
public hearing for Milk Marketing
Area No.s 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, to be
held 9 a.m., Jan. 9, in Room 309 of
the Agriculture Building, 2301
North Cameron Street Harrisburg.
This hearing is being held pur
suant to the provisions of the Milk
Marketing Law, 31 P.S. Section
700 J-101 et scq., as amended July
31. 1968, P.L. 963, No. 294.
Testimony shall be received
concerning the effects of the
drought of 1991, as same would
affect minimum prices which milk
dealers shall pay producers for var
ious classes of milk, minimum
prices which milk dealers shall
charge to consumers, minimum
prices milk dealers shall charge to
wholesale customers such as
stores, restaurants, institutions,
and the like, and minimum prices

Interested parties, as defined by
Section 801 of the Milk Marketing
Law, 31 P.S. Section 700j-801 et

statements or accounting sche
dules of any type, any type of eco
nomic statistics, or any other type
of testimony, shall request to be
Interested Parties, and shall reduce

and/or to the form of written testi
mony, which shall be served upon
the Board and all Interested Parties
so as to be received on or before
Jan. 2, 1992.
The staff of the Board shall
reduce all evidence of the type
indicated hereinabove that it
desires to present at this hearing to
exhibit form and/or to the form of
written testimony which shall be
served upon the Beard and
interested parties so as to be
received on or before Jan. 2,1992.
Rebuttal evidence of the type
described hereinabove shall be
reduced to writing in exhibit form
and/or to the form of written testi
mony, which shall be served upon
the Board and all Interested Parties
so as to be received on or before
the Pre-Hearing Conference sche
duled for Jan. 3, 1992 at 2 p.m.
At least ten (10) copies of writ
ten testimony and/or exhibits of
the type described hereinabove
shall be available in the Hearing
Room by the sponsor of the testi
mony for the use of persons whose
appearance was not entered as
Interested Parties under Section
801,31 P.S. Section 700j-801, but
who arc attending the hearing.
Evidence of the types indicated
hereinabove which has not been
submitted to the Board and served
in accordance with the schedule
enumerated above may be
excluded from the record of this
hearing.
Any party wishing the Board to
take administrative notice of any
document shall provide sixteen
(16) copies of said document at the
time notice is requested, and shall
at such lime provide one (1) copy
of the document to each Interested
Party who has entered an
appearance.
Requests for members of the
staff of the Board to provide and/or
present data pertinent to this hear
ing shall be made in writing and
submitted to the Board, so as to be
received on or before Jan. 3,1992.
There shall be a Pre-Hearing
Conference of all Interested Par
ties with the staff of the Board on
Thursday, Jan. 3. 1992. in Room
110 of the Agriculture Building,
