participation.
County Executive Roger B. Hayden recently toured the
farm of cattle farmer Richard Price and met with individuals
taking part in the pilot project. Pictured are back row, left to

(EDC) worked with J. W. Trueth &
Son, a meat packing plant in Oella,
Md., on a plan to get Baltimore
County beef into the international
market.
Trueth, which slaughters about
20,000 head of cattle annually,
serves a prime restaurant trade in
