Gene Shore, left, editor emeritus, Huntingdon Dally
News, and Everett Newswanger, Lancaster Farming editor,
compare fair notes. Shore is known for his excellent cover
age of the Huntingdon Fair for many years. Newswanger
was the committee's Tuesday guest and took photos as
part of a special tour of the fair. Each year, the fair commit
tee invites what they call celebrity guests to be part of the
festivities.
