    At Hlllvlew Acres, Harold and Marlyn Hill have mostly Guernsey cows
along with a few Holstelns. They have a total of 80 head. Herd average Is
15,719 m 658 f 525 p. The farm has been in the family for at least three genera
tions. They raise corn, alfalfa, oats and soybeans. The farm is located in
Mercer County near Sandy Lake.
David Beachel, Sr., and his wife Linda and their four sons farm over 400
acres to raise grain and roughage for their nearly 200 head of registered and
grade Holstelns. While not on official test, the herd of 90 milk cows aver
ages 20,000 m. The farm has been in the family for 26 years. The Beachel
sons who work on the farm are David Jr., 24, with wife Joy and grandson
Colten; Denis 16; Douglas, 14; and Dallas, 9.

The 136 acre Front Mountain Farm of Kore and Susanna Yoder Is located
south of Belleville In Mifflin County. They have 140 registered and a few
grade Holsteins. The 85 milking cows average 19,800. The family Is the third
generation to live on the farm.
