The grand champion bred-and owned heifer was owned by Zachary Weaver, Peoria, Illinois, and was named WAF Julia Belle 005. First named the spring heifer calf champion, the heifer is a Janu ary 1990 daughter of Hoff Hi Spade S C 491.
