Monday traded their Siberian lifes
tyles for that of American college
students when they began a
3-week study of modem agricul
ture in the United States at Dela
ware Valley College.
The program is part of a 5-year,
laiger effort designed to provide
1,300 Soviet senior executives and
middle managers with a crash
course in capitalism.
The program was initiated and
developed by U.S.S.R. govern
ment officials and two American
firms; Vectors International (VI), a
Narberth-based firm specializing
in Soviet and Eastern European
trade arrangements, and Educa
