Supplies of boneless skinless breasts were adequate and generally well balanced at today’s higher prices. Whole breasts were adequate to barely adequate and spot trades were noted with premiums. Legs were adequate. Leg quarters were no more than adequate for the fairly heavy retail promo tions in place. Wings remained short, parti cularly yellow supplies. Thighs and drums were at least adequate; however, buyers interest centered more on thighs and some sellers offered package deals on both items.
