    If you haven’t tasted non
alcoholic cheers, these recipes are
for you. Dairy cheers add a festive,
frothy taste to your holiday enter
taining. They look as if they take
hours to make, but preparing them
is a snap.
One of the first things you’ll
notice about the cheers recipes is
their variety. Milk mixes well with
many fruit juices and other non
alcoholic ingredients, taking the
edge off the sharp flavors some
times found in juice concentrates.
This holiday season, serve
cheers to your family and guests
for a joyous holiday season.
CHEER TIPS
Preparation:
• Chill the punch bowl, glasses,
and all ingredients before mixing.
• Use large blocks of ice to
keep punch cold on the table; they
melt more slowly than ice cubes.
• Garnish for an appetizing
appeal
Note: For a more festive touch,
make ice rings that contain non
dairy ingredients like mint or fruit.
Food colorings can also be used in
the ice or punch to brighten up the
punch and not affect the taste.
SERVING:
• Always serve cheers
beverages cold.
• Serve cheers punch as soon
as it is prepared. A mixed punch
that stands in a refrigerator will
lose consistency and flavor.
STORING:
•Extra punch should always be
refrigerated.
• Before serving, mix refriger
ated punch in blender.
