Trucklot buying interest was light to fair
at best and generally selective. Skinned
boneless breasts were adequate to fully
adequate Whole breasts were adequate to

points.

for mid-week trading. Supplies were

Prices were unchanged to higher on
mediums in the Midwest, unchanged on
the balance. The matket tone was general
ly steady with some firmness on mediums
and an occasional cautious tone on large.
Demand was mostly moderate. Supplies
were adequate with mediums in the closest
balance and large sometimes long. Break
ers operated full schedules and provided a
steady demand for shell eggs.

tious and unsettled trade sentiment. Yolks
and whole eggs were in the best position
with whites often noted as difficult to
move. Schedules were often adjusted to
avoid building inventories. Current floor
stocks were usually sufficient to cover
trade requirements.
