Bloomsburg Fair BLOOMSBURG (Columbia Co.) — The 4-H Beef and Lamb Sale held September 27 at the Bloomsburg Fair featured 4-H’ers from Columbia, Northumberland, Snyder, and Montour. The grand champion steer, owned by Stephanie Porter of Elysburg, weighed 990 pounds and was purchased by Moss’ Steak House, Duncansville, for $2.05 per pound. Matt Zerby of Beavertown exhibited the reserve grand champion lamb. It weighed 124 pounds and was purchased by Sunset Ice Cream, Williamsport, for $1.75 per pound.
