Early this year, the Lebanon Valley Exposition Corporation, after purchasing additional acreage to the Lebanon Fairgrounds, broke ground on the site announcing the start of construction. According to officials, construc tion is on schedule. The change of location will tem porarily restrict some of the ser vices available to residents. How- ever, officials say they expect the all offices to be running will equal efficiency and promptness within several weeks. An open house of the extension facility is tentatively scheduled for early spring, according to Kenneth Winebark, county agent.
